My name is Ingela Sandberg and I live with my three cats in the beautiful nature in the middle of Skåne in the south of Sweden.

I love animals, nature, music, graphic design and home decor. I also like to travel and see other parts of the world. I have always been an active person over the years, but now I devote myself mostly to running, cycling and swimming.

A few years ago I ran the London Marathon, which was an exciting and fun experience. In recent years, I have also taken up winter bathing. I think it is wonderfully refreshing and it gives you an intense rush afterwards.
